Who we are. UniCeSV is a research center of the University of Florence. Since 2000 it has developed research and innovation projects to improve the competitiveness of the wine sector.

Our Observatories. UniCeSV, in order to carry out its activities, is structured into 5 Observatories and one Laboratory.

Our Journal. UniCeSV makes available the documentation of its research through access to publications and the journal Wine economics and policy.

Our Postgraduate Programmes. UniCeSV is active in postgraduate training and promotes or participates in Masters and PhDs.
